The appointment process is more than just getting the customer's name, phone number, and vehicle type. Properly set appointments are the bridge between customer visits, making them more likely to return to your store.

During this meeting, we will discuss: 1. The benefits of returning customers 2. Establishing a "dressing history" 3. Prepare customers psychologically and financially through suggestions 4. The importance of exit interviews

You will leave this meeting with new ideas to improve your appointment settings and at the same time bring more business, and at the same time make customers want to know what they need to return and when they need to return to properly maintain their vehicle every time they visit.

Today, we will discuss power steering filtering.

Debris in the power steering fluid is the main cause of power steering system failure. (Showing vials with clean PS fluid and dirty PS fluid). It runs through the entire steering system, corrodes the sealing surface and blocks small passages, resulting in expensive maintenance costs. When replacing power steering components, the system must be flushed and the CARDONE in-line power steering filter must be installed. They have internal magnetic filtering and have been proven to reduce rework and prevent future failures due to pollution.

The compact and stylish device is specially designed for power steering systems and can be easily fitted into tight spaces. This is a big advantage compared to other filter brands, which have larger, awkward designs that make installation awkward. The reliable barb connection ensures a tight grip on the hose and no leakage.

Internally, this magnetic mesh filter can collect tiny metal particles as small as 190 microns and other contaminants, and it can be disassembled for maintenance and cleaning (showing the disassembled filter). The filter is designed with a built-in bypass that can continue to flow throughout the life of the device, but for best performance, we recommend maintenance every 30,000 miles. The service reminder label is included in the package and can be affixed under the hood to remind technicians of its presence.

The original aluminum filter is available in 3 sizes, suitable for 1/2”, 3/8” and 5/8” hoses, while our plastic filter is suitable for 3/8” hoses and is available at a great price The same filtration advantages as aluminum filters.

By installing CARDONE in-line power steering filters, your customers can sit back and relax, knowing that the steering system will remove damaged debris in the next few miles.
