Like most people, I didn't know that there was a world of air accessories. Instead, I just assumed that brass is brass and steel is steel, and they all flow enough air to supply the impact wrench I use. It is true-the standard "M" type air fittings supply air, but not as much as the more modern high-flow counterparts.

For example, the orifice of the Milton 760 (pictured above right) is much larger than the general large-scale store air fittings. When using a pneumatic tool, how much air can you provide to the motor of the pneumatic tool. In most cases, more air obviously equals more power. Available in brass, steel and Milton's ColorFit flags, Milton has almost any high-flow accessories you need. Essentially, these connectors provide common 1/4 inch NPT connectors, but their orifice size is much larger.

Many Milton products are made in the United States, and the box of Milton 760 accessories I got is made in Taiwan. Nevertheless, the fittings were well sealed and the goods were delivered. Oh yes, they are cheaper online than those found in large stores.

Disadvantages: You need a quick disconnect connector designed specifically for these "V"-shaped accessories. This will increase some costs, but you don't have to take out a large loan to get a loan.

When it comes to quick disconnects, or technically speaking, air couplers, cheap ones are always bad. They will leak, they are not easy to connect to the tool, and they will not care about your ears when you release the tool from the air hose. Milton occupies a considerable share of high-quality air couplers and air couplers with safety functions, but the crop of choice may be the Prevost E07 series. These safety air couplers have a button release device that releases the tool in two stages, allowing you to keep the line pressure where you like, without damaging your ears when you release the tool from the hose.

The problem is that the price of this single Prevost air coupler is more than $20, which is not a problem for a single hose in a family garage, but if you try to replace every air coupler in a large store, it may be a problem. Discouraged. This series of air couplers are designed to accept the above-mentioned "V" series air fittings and provide leak-free connections and high flow rates.
